Our company has designed and delivered some unique approach of our projects, marrying unsurpassed technical expertise with internationally recognised design capability. Complex projects require a truly integrated design approach with the synthesis of multiple design disciplines into a singular bold, beautiful and intelligent design.
The company designs and assesses detailed local plans, micro and macro architectural plans, industrial and economic development plans, urban and industrial development areas. Lastly, we deal with the design and implementation of brand strategy and marketing of tourism, work plan, development policies.
The project consisted of the reconstruction and functional division of the inner spaces of the Rectorate Office for UBT (Agricultural University of Tirana). The reconstruction also included renovation of the façades and other structural elements when deemed necessary. The design process was accompanied by the organization of the garden and greenery in front of the facility, which was at the time used as a parking lot.
