1. Rehabilitation of Tirana River Banks
The work consists of the rehabilitation of the existing bed and protective embankment of the Tirana River with an 8.4 km length. River rehabilitation is made of gabion retaining walls, reinforced concrete walls and 100 cm x 100 cm (rip-rap) walls. Construction of 1.5m x 2.0m main collector, and decanters on both sides of the river as well as secondary network for the rehabilitiation of the sewage system, construction of flow energy suppressors in the riverbed section.
Rehabilitation of the public square in Krrabe
The square in Krraba is a plot of approximately 4300 m2 with a slope. This surface includes the residential buildings located in it which have been constructed during the ‘70s. At the time of the design process, the square was unorganized and surrounded by wood and wire fences. The proposal for this project took in consideration the necessity for circulation and activities, especially for handicapped residents. The project design included the renovation of the building façades.
